Erin Ridge Residence

This project is an extensive renovation to an existing house built in the 1990’s. ‘Phase 1’ is a renovation to modernize an average suburban home’s exterior into something contemporary for the neighbourhood and special for the clients. Slight changes in roof lines, window replacements, a new entry canopy roof and use of materials has transformed this home while also improving it’s energy efficiency.
