10-unit rental rowhousing project in Edmonton’s Holyrood neighbourhood. Simple, modern design features contemporary finishes including smooth Hardie Lap Siding with wood and brick accents. The basement stoop allows generous natural light into the lower units. The two storey rowhouse facade introduces ‘gentle’ density by limiting height while maximizing livable space.
