Ritchie Net-Zero

This three-bedroom infill home was designed for the needs of a young family that also wanted to be net-zero. Consideration was given to the orientation of the home for active solar (PV panels), privacy and energy efficiency. The home features a split gable roof design and contemporary finishes inside and out. An air-source heat pump compliments the solar PV for all electric heating and cooling.
