Ritchie Plaza

Facade improvement renovation to an existing mixed-use residential and commercial building in the heart of Ritchie, Edmonton. Renovations include new main floor glazing, new soffits, new exterior siding, additional decorative wood and metal accents, a new building marquee, and a signage band. Work is supported by the City of Edmonton’s Facade Improvement Program.
